Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and merchandise the sales floor following company procedures.
• Prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor; participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives; participate in maintaining a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Starting pay range: $19.00 to $19.50 per hour (Actual starting pay determined by factors including skills, qualifications, and experience).
