WWTP Project Manager

NOTE: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major infrastructure project involving the complete overhaul of a wastewater treatment facility. This role requires full-cycle project leadership-from preconstruction through closeout-on a complex, multi-year construction initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including estimating, scheduling, contract administration, and closeout.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
- Maintain cost controls, process change orders, and manage pay applications.
- Coordinate daily operations between field and office teams.
- Utilize scheduling software (preferably Primavera P6) to manage timelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison with owners, design professionals, and inspectors.
- Foster a collaborative, results-oriented team environment on-site.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing large-scale heavy civil, infrastructure, or process facility construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and large budgets over multi-year timelines.
- Strong background in contract management and construction methods.
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
