Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities For The Senior Accountant

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting functions for all assigned properties.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and capital expenditures.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and reforecasting processes for each property.
• Conduct variance analysis between actuals and budget; provide insight and recommendations.
• Manage property audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, Real estate, Property Management is preferred
• Bachelors in accounting preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred
