This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador. Being out on the open road (not in the office/store all day) can be exciting. A NAPA Delivery Driver is a great opportunity whether you are looking to spend your career with us as a Driver, want to get your foot in the door with us to explore other careers, or simply want to earn extra income.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory
• Stay focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries and build long-term customer relationships
• Maintain store delivery truck, follow safety checklists, keep the vehicle clean, and perform basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

Qualification and Requirements

• Love to work independently, enjoy driving safely, and engage with customers face to face
• Take pride in the work you do with a focus on safety and reliability
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment and is open to a varied daily workload
• Flexible with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A student or retired and seeking flexible opportunities is welcome

What you'll need

• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with stools or ladders when necessary; ability to stand and walk for the shift and lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to handle cash transactions and perform core/part returns correctly
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
• Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to navigate throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver's License
