We are looking for a Fulltime Receptionist to join our team!

Job Summary:

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for WellNecessities/VitalSleep, managing all incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth communication within the office by directing callers and visitors to the appropriate personnel or department. The ideal candidate will maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment while providing essential administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Direct inquiries to appropriate staff members or departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing mail or deliveries.
  • Support other departments with communication or coordination as needed.
Qualification/Requirements:
  • Punctual
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Should be customer service driven
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Able to multi-task
Job Specifications:

2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

3. Experience: Preferred 1 year experience in medical office setting or medical office schooling with familiarity
