Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Summary: Lead the property marketing program in accordance with the standards outlined by management. Work closely with the General Manager to set marketing goals, develop strategic plans, and execute achieving budgeted occupancy.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability.
  • On-call

Work Location: One Location


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with residents, vendors and community
  • Market apartments in accordance with SQ Standards outlined by management.
  • Responsible for providing resident services in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Act as "brand ambassador" for our assigned portfolio. It will be important to build rapport with the public.
  • Perform outreach and establish relationships with local businesses and universities/colleges. This includes delivery of brochures, materials, and promo to identified locations.
  • Assist in promotion our social media sites, website and all e-marketing.
  • Send brochures and materials to prospects for distribution to their circles of influence.
  • Attending local events as a representative of the company, including Housing fairs, Athletic events etc.
  • Responsible for flyering on campus, parking lots, dormitories, competitors, or any other locations identified by supervisor.
  • Delivers presentations to local establishments or groups including businesses, sororities, fraternities, sporting departments, international departments, etc.
  • Manage and prepare merchandise and promotional gear
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and administrative as assigned.
  • Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic.
  • Supervise the planning, preparation, and implementation of lease-up events, renewal parties, property events, and competitions as approved by the General Manager
  • Monitor leasing/renewal progress focusing on areas needing additional support/training
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Resident Programs/Retention Train on-site staff in all areas of marketing as well as customer service.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
  • Thoroughly complete market surveys and leasing reports as required on time
  • Collect deposits and/or fees associated with move-in/leasing
  • Accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, and assist with other computer data entry as necessary
  • Assist in all move-out and move-in events
  • Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas, model, and tour path
  • Additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Ability to read and write English fluently
  • Ability to perform basic to intermediate math
  • Previous experience with property management software such as Entrata preferred.
  • 1 year of Property Management experience required
