Overview
Summary: Lead the property marketing program in accordance with the standards outlined by management. Work closely with the General Manager to set marketing goals, develop strategic plans, and execute achieving budgeted occupancy.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with residents, vendors and community
- Market apartments in accordance with SQ Standards outlined by management
- Provide resident services in a professional and courteous manner
- Act as a brand ambassador for our assigned portfolio; build rapport with the public
- Perform outreach and establish relationships with local businesses and universities/colleges, including delivery of brochures, materials, and promos to identified locations
- Assist in promoting our social media sites, website and all e-marketing
- Send brochures and materials to prospects for distribution to their circles of influence
- Attend local events as a representative of the company (housing fairs, athletic events, etc.)
- Flyer on-campus, in parking lots, dormitories, and other identified locations
- Deliver presentations to local establishments or groups including businesses, sororities, fraternities, sporting departments, international departments, etc.
- Manage and prepare merchandise and promotional gear
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic
- Maintain a digital media library
- Supervise planning, preparation, and implementation of lease-up events, renewal parties, property events, and competitions as approved
- Monitor leasing/renewal progress and identify areas needing support/training
- Assist with development and implementation of Resident Programs/Retention; train on-site staff in marketing and customer service
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
- Complete market surveys and leasing reports on time
- Collect deposits and/or fees associated with move-in/leasing
- Prepare and maintain knowledge of all lease-related paperwork; manage prospect traffic and leasing data
- Assist in move-in and move-out events
- Contribute to upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas, model, and tour path
- Additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate math
- Previous experience with property management software such as Entrata preferred
- Computer literacy required
- 1 year of Property Management experience required
