About The Role

As Product Marketing Manager, you will oversee brand strategy execution, end-user engagement, and product messaging development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market growth strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage content for in-store activations, oversee packaging projects, and maintain competitive market positioning, optimizing brand visibility and customer experience. Additionally, you will analyze marketing effectiveness, act as a market intelligence expert, and provide recommendations on product communication strategies, ensuring long-term brand sustainability and structured execution success.

What You’ll Do

  • Create end-user demand, formulating long-term brand strategies and executing integrated marketing plans.
  • Uphold brand standards, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and acting as a champion across the organization.
  • Lead product packaging projects, refining product communications hierarchy and coordinating with Graphic Designers for visual execution.
  • Develop product messaging, ensuring differentiation from competitors and market engagement optimization.
  • Create content for in-store activations, including videos, merchandisers, and POP displays for structured product marketing.
  • Oversee development and deployment of launch materials, collaborating with print vendors and fulfillment companies.
  • Manage inventory of existing sales collateral, providing recommendations for new collateral creation.
  • Act as a market intelligence expert, analyzing end-user purchasing behavior and key buying criteria.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, acting as an expert on competitor positioning and industry shifts.
  • Assess marketing initiative effectiveness, providing structured recommendations on campaign optimization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand websites, collaborating with external vendors for updates and functionality improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to structured brand positioning and product engagement success.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, refining structured campaign tracking workflows
  • Expertise in translating marketing objectives into strategies, executing comprehensive marketing plans across various end-user touchpoints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, optimizing structured marketing engagement execution
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders, ensuring structured workflow adaptability
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills, transforming visions into tangible outcomes
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments, ensuring structured workflow execution
  • Proactive self-starter mindset, with keen attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration across employees and executive leadership
