About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner to join one of our financial services clients in New York City. This role will be instrumental in driving talent management and development initiatives that align with their business goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive advisor and collaborator, with a strong background in building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute talent strategies that support business objectives.
Lead initiatives in talent development, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and implement impactful training programs.
Support change management efforts and organizational transformation projects.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (required).
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment is a required.
Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Talent Management and Development.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000 (based on experience)
