Project Manager – Utility & Grid Modernization
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – T/W/Th in office, M/F remote)

What You’ll Do:
Lead utility-focused projects across engineering design and construction phases
Oversee multiple scopes and project sites throughout the northern Illinois service territory
Manage contracts, RFPs, budgets, and forecasting with precision and accountability
Partner closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure successful execution
Drive results that contribute directly to system performance and reliability
What We’re Looking For:
5–8 years of experience in utility or grid-related projects
Strong construction background with knowledge of overhead/underground systems
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
PMP certification strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects ($5M range) and contractors
Experience with forecasting, scheduling, and RFP management

Pay Details: $58.00 to $68.00 per hour
