Project Manager – Utility & Grid Modernization
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – T/W/Th in office, M/F remote)

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team driving major utility and grid modernization initiatives across northern Illinois. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead utility-focused projects across engineering design and construction phases

  • Oversee multiple scopes and project sites throughout the northern Illinois service territory

  • Manage contracts, RFPs, budgets, and forecasting with precision and accountability

  • Partner closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure successful execution

  • Drive results that contribute directly to system performance and reliability

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–8 years of experience in utility or grid-related projects

  • Strong construction background with knowledge of overhead/underground systems

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)

  • PMP certification strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects ($5M range) and contractors

  • Experience with forecasting, scheduling, and RFP management

Pay Details: $58.00 to $68.00 per hour
