Overview

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract job with a client in New York, NY (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Capital Markets, OTC trade lifecycle, and regulatory reporting, along with excellent skills in Agile methodologies and stakeholder coordination.

Rate Range: $49.24/hour to $53.03/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and functional requirements for OTC trade processes.
• Coordinate with managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders across all levels.
• Write user stories and create business and functional requirement documents.
• Create UML diagrams and source-to-target mappings.
• Perform data analysis and SQL queries to support reporting and validation.
• Support CAT regulatory reporting and front-office trade operations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and act as Scrum Master when needed.
• Work with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage project deliverables.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in architecture roles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Money Movement Trade Monitoring (AML, Fraud, Surveillance).
• Strong experience in Capital Markets and OTC trade lifecycle.
• Proficiency in SQL, UML, and Agile tools like Jira.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $49.24 to $53.03 per hour
