Job Title: Technical Product Owner (TPO)/ Business Analyst Location: NJC, NJ Experience: 12–15+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Technical Product Owner / Business Analyst with 12–15+ years of experience in the financial services domain, specializing in securities, custody operations, ADR/GDR, corporate actions, and trade lifecycle management. You’ll act as the key link between business and engineering teams to drive the development of internal audit solutions and related enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities: Translate business strategy into product features and technical requirements. Manage and prioritize product backlog; define user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver seamless solutions. Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure timely, high-quality sprint execution. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder communications. Incorporate user feedback to improve functionality and experience. Track KPIs and deliver data-driven insights on product performance. Core Experience & Skills Required: 10+ years in business analysis; 5+ years as a Product Owner in Agile/SAFe environments. Deep domain expertise in: Securities and custody operations Corporate actions, ADR/GDR operations Trade lifecycle, clearing & settlement processes Strong experience with Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, etc. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver business value under tight timelines. Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in defining process flows, data models, user journeys, and wireframes. Agile Product Owner certification required; SAFe certification preferred. Experience in internal audit or risk functions is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
