Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service as the voice of the company in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Assist members with inquiries, guide them through queries, and resolve issues with problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Education equivalent to a High School Degree or High School Diploma.
  • Strong sales and member service skills
  • Call Center experience required. Banking/Credit Union experience a plus.
