Job Summary: Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma (or GED)
• Adequate math skills to determine appropriate equipment type and units
• Basic proficiency in computers, email, and portable devices
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, or experience in specialty cleaning (e.g., stripping & waxing commercial flooring, air duct cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning)
• Highly desired: Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), such as Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), though not required

Opportunities for advancement include certifications in water damage restoration, microbial remediation, structural drying, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration.

Responsibilities:

• Perform carpet & floor cleaning and restoration services effectively
• Complete documentation and authorizations
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance
• Inspect work and complete logs and work orders
• Maintain tools, materials, supplies, and inventory
• Learn and work with the latest equipment and technology
• Maintain company standards and accountability
