About the Role

As a Social Worker at DaVita, you'll be part of a team that values work-life balance and prioritizes your personal and professional growth.

DaVita is seeking a Social Worker to be a vital member of each patient's core care team. You will support and advocate for patients during their transition to dialysis, helping them understand their rights and responsibilities, and guiding them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial challenges of End Stage Renal Disease.

4. Working hours: 8-5 or 9-6, Monday through Friday.

Minimum Requirements

• Must meet all state regulations for dialysis practice.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with clinical specialization.
• Knowledge of insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency with DaVita applications within 60 days.
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Salary Range
