General IT Contract Support


We're looking for a skilled and proactive IT Contract Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing hands-on technical support and ensuring their IT systems run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for a versatile IT professional who excels at solving problems, communicating with clients, and supporting a wide range of hardware and software.


What You'll Do

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits, addressing a wide range of hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Administer and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems (Windows, macOS), productivity software (Microsoft Office), and various business applications.
  • Assist with network security tasks, including implementing patches, updates, and access controls.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support requests and solutions in a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and team leads to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and system usage.


What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in administering Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory user management.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop software and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a patient and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) is a plus.
