The schedule includes every 4th weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Shifts may start no earlier than 7:30 AM and end no later than 6 PM. No on-call duties are required. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in pediatric therapy. A BLS certification is required. We accept first-time travelers. The role involves working with a diverse pediatric population, focusing on conditions such as cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and orthopedic concerns. Therapists will conduct assessments, develop individualized programs, and ensure safety and injury prevention. Experience with adaptive devices, gait training, and home exercise programming is beneficial. Candidates should be prepared to handle a variety of pediatric diagnoses and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
