This position requires a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Cath Lab experience before traveling, including experience in circulating and documenting procedures. The role includes call requirements every other weekend or every third weekend, along with additional call days during the week. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality patient care in the catheterization laboratory.- Prepare, circulate, and document procedures effectively.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Participate in on-call activities, including weekends and weekdays as scheduled.- Maintain standards according to established protocols and hospital policies.- Engage in continuous education and professional development. Qualifications: - Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent experience in Cath Lab nursing.- Valid Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand (required).- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (required).- Experience with Epic EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system.- Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation.- Must work at least every other holiday. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong ability to recognize and manage ECG rhythms.- Previous charge nurse experience is advantageous. Facility Details: Candidates will be required to complete a badge pick-up and fingerprinting process prior to their start date. Modules must be completed before the start and annually, focusing on facility-specific protocols.
