This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment while contributing to exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care in the cath lab and EP areas.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.- Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and their families.- Participate in on-call shifts, responding to call requests within a 30-minute timeframe.- Fulfill an estimated 7-10 call days per month, which may include weekend and holiday on-call shifts. Schedule: - 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week. Qualifications: - Current RN license in the state of practice.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cath lab and EP nursing.- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
