American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience, Oasis, and HCHB expertise.Job Details•Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population,•Typical caseload of 5-7 patients per day,•Service territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the main office,•Day shift schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm,•On-call rotation required every 3rd to 4th weekend,•Uses HCHB electronic medical record system; prior experience required,Job Requirements•Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable,•Minimum 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience,•Oasis documentation experience required,•Proficiency with HCHB EMR required,•BLS certification required,•Flexibility to cover assigned service territory as needed,Additional Information•Main responsibilities include providing in-home physical therapy assessments and treatments for geriatric patients,•Accurate and timely documentation and communication are essential,•Scrubs of any color required; no jeans permitted,•iPad provided for documentation while working in the field,•Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate,•Locals accepted at the travel rate,•First-time travelers will be considered for this position,),•hash,:• ,
