This collaborative environment aims to provide high-quality patient care. Equipment and Technology: - Documentation System: Meditech - Advanced medical and surgical equipment utilized in daily operations. Scheduling Requirements: - Required to work every other weekend. Flexible with requests for days off and special scheduling needs to accommodate team members. Floating Policy: Traveling staff will take turns floating to different areas as needed, ensuring a well-rounded experience in various clinical settings. Patient Experience Requirements: - Must ensure whiteboards are filled out for effective communication with patients and families. Certifications Required: - No specific certifications required. Dress Code: - Navy blue, black, royal blue, or any shade of gray scrubs are mandatory. Unit Policies and Guidelines: Unit-specific policies and guidelines will be provided upon hiring to ensure adherence to best practices and hospital protocols.
