Candidates must be proficient in ABG interpretation, aerosol setup, and managing various respiratory equipment such as BiPAP and CPAP. Experience with intubation assistance and troubleshooting high-pressure alarms is essential. Candidates will float to different units, enhancing their adaptability and teamwork skills. The ability to work with diverse patient demographics, including adults and geriatrics, is required. Candidates must maintain flexibility as floating within hospitals or to nearby affiliates is mandatory. All travelers must commit to working 2 out of 3 major holidays. Two supervisor references are required upon application. Local residents will not be accepted forcertain positions. Travelers must complete necessary modules before starting employment. A commitment to compliance and adherence to policies is expected.
