This position provides critical helpdesk and technical support services to LAWA’s Airport Development Group. The role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution of outages, onboarding/offboarding staff, and supporting IT operations across the airport footprint. *Salary Range: $110K/Year-$120K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming helpdesk requests and emails, following established troubleshooting procedures. Analyze, document, and resolve production outages and system incidents; escalate as needed. Submit and track service requests in Freshdesk, IT Service-Now, and other ticketing systems. Provide staff onboarding and offboarding IT support. Perform PC hardware/software installations, upgrades, relocations, and maintenance. Support deployments across airport locations and Division-wide sponsored events. Deliver computer orientation and on-the-job training to new staff members. Provide IT support for Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive). Qualifications & Technical Expertise
Experience:
10+ years of IT technical support experience in troubleshooting, hardware/software installations, and user support. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. PC Hardware:
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving component failures (motherboards, power supplies, memory, storage) and handling upgrades/configurations. Windows OS:
Skilled in installing, configuring, and administering Windows 10/11; applying patches, system updates, and driver updates. Microsoft Office 365 Suite:
Strong background deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Office 365 productivity tools and collaboration platforms. Soft Skills:
Effective communicator, capable of explaining complex issues to non-technical users. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Other Requirements:
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.; flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, or overtime; valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Why Join Greenridge?
