The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of all major platforms and excel in creating innovative advertising strategies. Key Responsibilities: Launch, manage, and optimize effective Paid Social advertising campaigns across TikTok, Meta, X, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Snap, and other relevant platforms. Develop a strong creative perspective to establish a distinct and ROI-positive brand voice across social channels. Lead the execution of paid social content strategy, ensuring creative excellence and data-driven optimization while maintaining a focus on positive ROI. Prepare detailed reports and insights for the Senior Vice President of Marketing. Drive ROI-positive campaigns at scale and act as the primary point of contact with various social media platforms. Required Skills and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Social Media. Extensive knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Strong creative decision-making ability and proficiency in content curation. Understanding of visual trends, digital communication, and analyzing social analytics. A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social media, with 2+ years focused on Lead Generation or E-commerce. Proficient in analyzing online marketing campaigns and managing budgets effectively. Expertise in writing compelling ad copy and utilizing scientific testing methods for campaign optimization. Strong grasp of basic statistics for managing A/B testing and campaign insights. Self-motivated, quick-thinking, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Highly energetic and a visionary thinker capable of executing strategies efficiently. A proven track record of successful campaigns supported by a robust content portfolio. Ability to work independently on campaigns while receiving strategic guidance as needed. Collaborate seamlessly with content developers. Eagerness to learn about the personal loan marketplace.
