What You Bring:
5+ years of HVAC installation experience
Valid driver's license + clean driving record
EPA certification required
Ability to train and mentor apprentices
Strong understanding of ductwork, HVAC system design, and blueprints
Knowledge of low-voltage wiring
Skilled in system testing and air balancing
Safety-focused and physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs
Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
