What We're Looking For

3+ Years of HVAC Technician Experience : If you're experienced with heating and cooling systems, you'll fit right in!

Valid Driver's License & Insurable Driving Record : You'll be driving to job sites, so reliability and safety are key.

Universal EPA Certification : Required for handling refrigerants.

HVAC Technical School Certificate : Completion of a formal training program is needed.

Ability to Read Wiring Diagrams & Blueprints : Troubleshooting and system design experience is a plus.

Experience with a Wide Range of Equipment : From heat pumps to gas furnaces and air conditioning units, your broad knowledge will set you apart.

Hands-On Repair & Replacement Experience : Ability to make sound decisions for repairs and system replacements.

Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, and Air Conditioning Experience : If you've worked with these systems, you'll be ready to contribute immediately.

NATE Certification : , but not required. We're happy to help you earn it if you don't already have it.

Tools : You must have the necessary tools for the job. We'll help you with what you need to get the job done right.
