Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
water and wastewater engineering design projects from concept through completion. Analyze survey reports, maps, blueprints, aerial photography, and geotechnical data to plan and design projects. Assess and identify
collection/distribution system performance issues
and develop innovative, cost-effective solutions. Prepare technical reports, specifications, engineering cost estimates, and project schedules. Perform
hydraulic designs, sewer rehabilitation planning, pump station design, and treatment process engineering . Review designs for quality, accuracy, and compliance with
local, state, and federal regulations . Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution. Attend client meetings, provide project updates, and ensure client satisfaction. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Qualifications
Required:
5+ years
of professional engineering experience in water/wastewater design and project management. Bachelor's degree in
Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
from an ABET-accredited university. Proficiency in
AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, ArcGIS, MS Project, and Microsoft Office . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred:
Professional Engineer (PE) license. Experience with municipal, county, or state government projects. Knowledge of heavy construction methods and environmental facility operations. Why Join Us?
