The Software Engineer will manage software development projects related to customer upgrades. You will coordinate customer deliverables and provide software solutions for customer issues utilizing the Aras Innovator platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to the Aras Innovator product family, ensuring high-quality support and collaboration.
- Lead and manage database upgrade activities for customer go-live events.
- Configure Aras Innovator within diverse customer environments.
- Contribute to secure customer projects, including engagements with defense and automotive sectors.
- Investigate and resolve installation challenges across varied environments.
- Collaborate on build error resolution using Jenkins to support development workflows.
- Oversee medium- to long-term upgrade projects, aligning deliverables with customer expectations.
- Operate as a proactive individual contributor within a focused, agile team setting.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the Global Customer Upgrade Team to align on priorities and progress.
- Engage in weekly syncs with the US Upgrade Team to share updates and coordinate efforts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering
- 2-5+ years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Motivated by a fast paced, team environment
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Experience with C# is a plus
- Experience with Web Application development is a plus
