Lead the analysis and documentation of customer requirements through workshops and interviews Develop requirements specifications, use cases, and functional specifications Translate customer requirements into technical solutions using the Aras Innovator suite Lead creation of project deliverables including technical and business elements Facilitate delivery projects with minimal supervision Provide PLM guidance for business needs and develop associated functional designs Configure solutions using Aras Innovator to meet customer expectations Develop User Stories for customer requirements based on Use Cases, business requirements, and functional specifications Lead development resources (onshore and offshore) in configuration and development of software solutions Perform light development coding as necessary Facilitate training and solution demonstrations with the customer base Lead or participate in the delivery of Proof-of-Concept engagements at key prospects Skills and Qualifications
Professionally interact and communicate with customers and internal team members Ability to work with minimal supervision Understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies with experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum Ability to write clear, understandable Requirements, SOW, Specification documents, and Use Cases Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices for Agile software development Experience with data modeling techniques, data migration techniques, SQL Server, SQL scripting, and Microsoft Office Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders; effective communication in challenging customer situations Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 3–5 years of PLM deployment experience Proven track record with successful software deployments for large enterprise customers Knowledge and experience with SAFe Agile principles Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc. Experience in verticals such as Automotive, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Industrial, Aerospace & Defense, Shipbuilding Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily regional with frequent 1–2 day trips Candidates must have industry knowledge of: Engineering Change processes (CMII), Phase Gate Project Management, Quality systems processes, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, Manufacturing Process Planning, Simulation Data / Process Management, MBSE Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits
