Work **
Training * October 6 - November 5 (In-person Monday-Thursday, virtual Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
Nesting * November 6 - November 21 (continuation of training)
Hours of * Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST (flexibility required)
Contract ** 3 months (Possibility for extension based on performance)
Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, or similar).
Must live within one hour of Oriskany, NY.
Flexibility to work shifts during operating hours (8 AM - 11 PM, Monday-Friday).
Intermediate computer skills with ability to multitask across multiple programs and monitors.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior call center or customer service representative experience.
Experience with dental or other insurance products.
Previous dental office experience.
Strong keyboarding and computer navigation skills.
Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to build trust through empathy.
Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
