Position Overview
As the Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of utility and tank construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll collaborate with superintendents, foremen, engineers, and clients to drive project success and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership
Resolve issues and mitigate risks to keep projects on track
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in utilities or tank infrastructure
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Compensation
Salary Range: $90k - $125k/year (depending on experience and qualifications)
