Job Title: Project Estimator/Project Manager - Deep Foundation
Location: Western New York
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are a deep foundation specialty contractor seeking a Project Estimator to perform cost review and management across multiple deep foundation projects. Candidates must have experience in caisson drilling, sheet piling, micro piles, and bearing piles. The role may require travel to project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and manage costs for multiple projects
Coordinate project schedules and work crews
Oversee material purchases and delivery
Coordinate with subcontractors and general contractors
Manage change orders
Requirements / Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in deep foundation construction
Strong understanding of caissons, piles, and sheet piling
Willingness to travel as needed
Proficiency with cost estimating and project management tools
