Top rated and high-volume Plaintiff's personal injury law firm in the Northwest / Cypress area seeking an experienced Bilingual Receptionist (English/ Spanish). We would like our Receptionist to love answering client calls.

$17 - $19 hourly

• Professionally answer, process, and route a large volume of incoming calls.
• Greet office guests with a smile.
• Maintain reception area, conference rooms, maintain and stock break room, coffee service, etc.
• Assist staff with copying, faxing, follow up calls, and other administrative duties as assigned.
• Order and organize supply
• Sort mail and faxes
• Work postage meter

• Extremely professional with a friendly demeanor.
• Must have a proven ability to handle a very large volume of calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Must be completely comfortable with Windows operating system and be "fluent" with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook for both calendaring and email.
• Must be punctual and dress in a professional manner.
• Have a natural willingness to learn new skills and procedures all while working under the constraints of a deadline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are critical.
