Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team in Crookston, MN. Compensation Range

$36.13 to $42.42/hr

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical equipment and systems.
  • Work with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for optimal system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes.
  • Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently.
  • Mentor and help train non-licensed personnel to prepare them for testing for an electrical license.
  • Use the Maintenance Management System SAP to record and access maintenance-related information.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Valid Class A Journeyman’s License.
  • A High School Diploma or a GED certificate is required.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installation and repair techniques.
  • Must be able to work with up to 12,470 volt 3-phase equipment.
  • Must be able to work with both single and 3-phase lower voltages.
  • Experience working with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
  • Must possess or be able to obtain forklift certification.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Schedule

Our electrician team works on a 12-hour Dupont Schedule, which includes both day and night shifts in rotation. Day shifts run from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM & Night shifts run from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
