Overview
Humphreys is seeking a creative Graphic Designer for our Plano, TX office, with a strong artistic eye and a passion for style, aesthetics, and storytelling through design. You will combine technical layout expertise with artistic flair, producing RFPs, portfolios, and marketing materials that are polished, intentional, and visually exciting. If you have a strong sense of design, a natural feel for composition, and the ability to bring projects to life with beautiful, brand-aligned visuals, we want to meet you!
Humphreys & Partners Architects is an Architectural and Urban Design, Master Planning and Land Planning firm engaged in the design of high-rise, mid-rise, mixed-use, luxury, senior, affordable, military and student housing both rental and for sale in markets across the country. Our company has cultivated an environment that drives innovative thinking and instills fervor in our team to succeed yielding the high-profile, award-winning projects that Humphreys & Partners Architects is known for nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Creative Layout Design
- Design multi-page RFPs, proposals, and portfolios with an eye for composition, flow, magazine/periodicals and visual storytelling.
- Elevate technical documents into visually compelling pieces that reflect the sophistication of our brands.
- Artistic Brand Assets
- Create visually engaging case studies, internal materials, social media graphics, magazine layout and marketing collateral that balances form and function.
- Develop custom illustrations, icons, and graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Aesthetic Stewardship
- Maintain brand consistency while bringing a fresh, artistic perspective to each project.
Qualifications and Skills
- Associates/bachelors degree in graphic design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong eye for typography, composition, color, and negative space.
- Artistic sensibilityable to create work that is visually stunning, balanced, and brand-appropriate.
- Illustration skills (digital or hand-drawn) strongly preferred.
- Experience with video editing is a bonus
