Senior Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC Hybrid
$82.97 per hour | 18+ Month Contract (with potential extension)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a high-visibility third-party risk optimization initiative within the financial services sector. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Product Owners, Agile teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver impactful system enhancements, process improvements, and risk reduction strategies.
This is a long-term engagement (18 months or longer, depending on performance) with strong stability and career-building potential.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Agile teams to develop user stories, support test planning, and ensure smooth execution.
Analyze, manage, and upload data into applications with proficiency in Excel and reporting.
Provide functional support for applications, including enhancements and deployments.
Conduct root cause analysis and support initiatives to reduce risk.
Partner with cross-functional teams to document requirements and deliverables.
Support supply chain and third-party risk management initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of Business Analyst experience in Agile environments.
Experience in financial services or banking (required).
Proficiency in Excel, data management, and reporting.
Background in supply chain or third-party risk (preferred).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication ability.
Proven track record in driving initiatives to completion under high visibility.
