We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operation of IT systems in a fast-paced, international environment. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support onboarding of new employees, and maintain IT infrastructure while delivering exceptional service to internal users. You will collaborate across teams, contribute to IT projects, and help implement new technologies. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Accountabilities:
- Provide first-level IT support for employees and contractors, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Record, categorize, and prioritize service requests using the ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and related IT equipment.
- Set up IT accounts and equipment for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate on IT projects and contribute to the improvement of existing systems and processes.
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory and document support procedures.
- Proactively identify potential IT issues and implement solutions to prevent disruptions.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical, detail-oriented approach.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Completed IT-related training or professional experience in an IT support role.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite; familiarity with macOS, Linux, and mobile devices is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Cloud (Entra), endpoint management, and remote access solutions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude and sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Preferred experience supporting Windows 10/11, virtualization technologies, and endpoint management tools.
