In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets, providing clear recommendations to stakeholders. You will leverage modern analytics tools and methodologies to identify trends, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. Accountabilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights effectively.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with teams across engineering, product, and business operations to define metrics and data requirements.
- Support ad-hoc analyses and present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data pipelines and analytics processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python, R, or other data analytics programming languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
