We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Peer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will use your own lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery to provide support, encouragement, and guidance to individuals on their recovery journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Build trusting, supportive relationships with peers.

• Share recovery experiences to inspire hope and promote resilience.

• Assist individuals in setting goals and connecting with community resources.

• Provide emotional support and model wellness strategies.

Qualifications:

• Lived experience of recovery with demonstrated stability.

• Peer Support Specialist certification/training (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to empathy, respect, and empowerment.
