Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solution Architect to lead the next phase of a direct-to-consumer (D2C) transformation. This role will be central in shaping architectural strategy, driving solution design, and ensuring successful Salesforce Commerce Cloud deployments. You will help scale the organization’s Salesforce footprint, optimize customer journeys, and enable seamless integration across key business systems. Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations. Oversee integrations with Salesforce D2C Commerce Cloud, Order Management System (OMS), Field Service Lightning (FSL), and mobile delivery applications. Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with long-term strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, DevOps, and customer experience stakeholders to drive end-to-end alignment. Provide hands-on technical guidance for Experience Cloud, UI/UX design, and SEO optimization. Support the full D2C customer lifecycle, from online purchase to field service delivery. Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architect, with expertise in solution design and technical delivery. Strong understanding of Salesforce D2C Commerce Cloud and related integrations. Experience with global payment gateway integrations and Salesforce Payments. Deep knowledge of architectural principles including scalability, security, and performance optimization. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional business and technology teams. Nice to Have
Experience with SEO strategy and implementation within Salesforce environments. Background in CRM and DevOps practices. Prior consulting experience with large-scale Salesforce transformation projects. Seniority level
