Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Houston, TX (Onsite) Mandatory : Consumer Goods Background. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Salesforce Solution Architect
to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to ensure seamless integration and functionality across Salesforce products.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and define scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Design data models, application components, user interfaces, and integration architecture across systems. Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and admins. Define and enforce Salesforce best practices in configuration, customization, integration, and deployment. Create and maintain architectural documentation including data flows, process flows, and solution architecture diagrams. Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and AppExchange products where appropriate. Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and recommend relevant features for adoption. Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience
in Salesforce ecosystem with
3+ years in an architectural role. Strong hands-on experience with
Salesforce configuration , custom development (
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components ), and integrations (
REST/SOAP APIs ). Experience with at least two Salesforce clouds:
Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing. Proficient in Salesforce security models, data models, and enterprise integrations. Salesforce certifications such as
Salesforce Certified Application Architect
,
System Architect
, or
Technical Architect (CTA)
(preferred or in progress). Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
development environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Preferred Skills:
Experience with middleware platforms (e.g.,
MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica ). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g.,
Copado, Jenkins, Git ). Exposure to industry-specific solutions like
Vlocity/OmniStudio (a plus). Prior experience in large-scale
digital transformation projects.
