The Division of Graduate and Professional Studies provides academic leadership and oversight of the College’s graduate and professional programs. GPS offers in-person, hybrid, and fully online master’s degrees, graduate certificates, and professional development in business, education, and professional science programs. Our academic programs are designed to empower working professionals and recent graduates to expand their employment and career opportunities through rigorous, convenient, and flexible academic offerings. Faculty and staff in the Division of Graduate and Professional Studies work within their respective graduate department as well as collaboratively with joint and undergraduate colleagues in related undergraduate schools and departments. Position Summary

Graduate and Professional Studies at Stonehill College seeks a Graduate Recruitment Specialist responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling qualified candidates into the College’s current ( MBA , MS in Data Analytics, and MS in Marketing) and future graduate business offerings. The Graduate Recruitment Specialist plays a vital role in executing strategic outreach initiatives, identifying leads, and guiding prospective students through the admissions pipeline with a focus on exceptional service and data-driven recruitment strategies. This position will assist in shaping student recruitment strategy and managing the admission process for designated business graduate programs. The successful candidate is flexible, creative, and a proactive communicator with strong interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills, a highly developed attention to detail, leadership acumen, and has the ability to succeed in both an individual and team setting. This contributor understands the rhythms of high-volume admissions, recognizing there are periods that require additional time and effort in order to ensure enrollment goals are successfully met. This individual will play a key role in the recruitment, counseling, and enrollment of prospective graduate students, and the successful candidate will be a self-starter, motivated to work independently toward larger team enrollment goals. As a primary contact for prospective and admitted business graduate students, this position requires a passion for service, a talent for communication, and a deep understanding of the graduate admissions lifecycle. The successful candidate serves as a key representative of the Graduate and Professional Studies Admission team, working collaboratively with faculty, staff, and campus partners to develop and implement forward-thinking recruitment strategies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Actively pursues qualified leads and addresses general inquiries from prospective students via one-on-one correspondence. Converts qualified leads into promising applications by advising prospective students with appropriate and accurate information regarding program options and admissions. Builds and maintains relationships with inquiries and prospects through regular follow-ups, emails, and in-person meetings, fostering trust and encouraging application submissions. Monitors and analyzes data from Slate CRM to track qualified leads from prospect to applicant to matriculated student. Analyzes data to identify key leads and recommends effective communication strategies/marketing resource allocations. Contributes to the overall success of Graduate and Professional Studies by providing solutions to team coordination and related workflow procedures, such as communication plans, assistance with scheduling and promotion of recruiting events, and development and maintenance of lead management resources. Represents the College at targeted recruitment events, including college fairs, info sessions, and related conferences. Attends/leads on-campus career fairs and virtual information sessions for prospective students. Collaborates with academic departments to tailor outreach efforts to prospective students. Maintains detailed knowledge of all program details in order to effectively answer questions and present information to prospective students. Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of recruitment activities, prospective student interactions, and application status to measure progress toward enrollment goals. Tracks recruitment and enrollment data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, identify trends, and adjust plans as needed to meet or exceed goals. Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience

Education Required Qualifications Minimally one year of professional work experience, business preferred. High level of written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through, including project management skills. Ability to quantify results within and across functions. Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality when interacting with students and faculty to include a diverse population. High technical aptitude, including the ability to use computer-based registration and academic records technology (Slate CRM , Banner, Office). Knowledge and full understanding of the admission lifecycle and lead management best practices. Access to an automobile. Evening and weekend work is expected in a graduate environment. Preferred Qualifications Graduate admission, sales, marketing, and/or customer service experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
