Employee Relations Specialist

to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a diverse caseload of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and providing expert HR support across various functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor relations, investigations, and policy interpretation, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload involving a wide range of employee relations matters, including complaints and grievances. Develop and implement employee relations strategies and interventions. Conduct thorough investigations, review relevant facts, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions without expanding the scope unnecessarily. Document all case-related information accurately and immediately. Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure resolution effectiveness. Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and other legal requirements. Provide support on special HR projects including Recruitment, Position Compensation Management, Benefits, Records Management, and HR Development. Advise and counsel management and employees on employee relations issues, maintaining strict confidentiality. Evaluate employee relations programs and recommend enhancements aligned with organizational goals. Review and suggest updates to HR policies through the Policy Advisory Committee. Coordinate Mediation/Arbitration services and assist in HR training and development initiatives. Guide supervisors and managers in interpreting and applying HR policies and employment laws. : Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelors Degree:

Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in Employee Relations Associate's degree:

Minimum of 6 years of experience High School Diploma:
