About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President for our High-Rise Division who will spearhead our association management business. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and ensure the delivery of sustainable growth. With a focus on client satisfaction and retention, you will lead a team of dedicated property management professionals and foster a strong service culture.
Your role will include partnering with business development teams to identify and drive growth opportunities within the market. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering strong sales and business growth outcomes. Candidates should possess at least 7 years of senior management experience, ideally from backgrounds in residential property management, hospitality, commercial or facilities management, or other service-oriented sectors.
The Vice President must demonstrate expertise in developing high-performing teams, change management, and a commitment to superior service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing P&L, crafting effective business plans, and ensuring outstanding financial performance. This position requires strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally, as well as the ability to represent the company effectively in the marketplace.
