The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the program is in line with the company's reputation for innovation and excellence, and will be tasked with expanding the donor base and philanthropic revenue through the adoption of best practices and the development of creative strategies. This role involves supervising a small team and providing oversight for a larger, geographically distributed development staff across various fundraising areas. The CDO will also be a key member of the executive management team, working closely with the President and CEO, the Board of Trustees, and the Board of Directors to strengthen a culture of philanthropy and build relationships that advance the company's mission.
