Your mission will be to expand our donor base and maximize philanthropic revenue through creativity and best practices. You will manage a dedicated team and oversee a wider development staff engaged in various fundraising initiatives. As a vital member of our executive management team, you will collaborate with the President and CEO, Board of Trustees, and Board of Directors to cultivate a strong philanthropic culture and foster relationships that further our community-focused mission. The ideal candidate will exemplify professionalism in fundraising, acting as a mentor to the development team and as an ambassador for our organization. You must be skilled in engaging high-level partners and donors and committed to establishing mutually beneficial fundraising strategies.
