This pivotal position is essential for designing, implementing, and integrating financial, HR, and operational systems, with a significant emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday HCM. Your goals will include defining and executing the roadmap for corporate systems, ensuring they align with our business strategy and growth objectives. Key responsibilities will involve: Leading cross-functional teams to inspire innovation and collaboration. Managing vendor relationships to optimize system performance. Driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization. Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Establishing governance and compliance protocols to ensure best practices. The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 10 years of executive experience in enterprise applications leadership, focusing on ERP and HCM systems. In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday HCM. A proven track record of successfully leading large-scale system transformations. A strong understanding of finance, HR, and procurement processes. Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
