The individual selected for this role will work at Store #3006, located at: 2001 Tower Avenue, Superior, WI 54880.
This is a part-time position with a starting pay of $16.26-19.00/hr based on relevant experience.
As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our retail operations. You will engage closely with customers, both wholesale and retail, to understand their needs, answer questions regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions to meet those needs. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer concerns efficiently and ensuring maximum satisfaction while keeping abreast of the latest product features.
You will also be responsible for achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting store sales goals. Your duties will require contact with customers, including minors, and access to various payment methods, electronic equipment, and store merchandise, necessitating a review of criminal history to protect our business and its reputation.

Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain precise work order files and formulas. Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products as needed to meet customer specifications. Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean store equipment. Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed. Ensure assigned areas are in-stock and visually appealing. Stay informed about product offerings and discuss options with customers. Follow inventory control procedures and suggest improvements for sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language, including Spanish.
