This key position will be integral to our 5-year strategy aiming at enhancing platform efficiency and establishing a global operating model that caters to our evolving client needs. You will lead an elite engineering unit focused on data strategy, value-added services, and cloud technology adoption. Key Responsibilities: Champion the development of cloud data strategies and technology solutions in collaboration with internal IT teams and cloud vendors. Lead regulatory initiatives and manage global technology teams to ensure cohesive alignment among technology, product, and operations. Drive the creation of scalable data products through expertise in data warehousing, messaging, and distributed architectures. Enhance software delivery by applying Agile practices to achieve operational excellence. Communicate effectively and build credibility as a hands-on engineer and strategic leader. Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in applications development. Proven track record managing global technology teams with a focus on innovation. Deep engineering expertise in scalable data product development. Experience with cloud platforms and developer toolchains is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
