About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President to spearhead our Global Security Intelligence Center. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee a dedicated team that focuses on preventing, monitoring, and responding to security incidents across our global operations. You will manage crisis situations, provide executive protection, oversee intelligence operations, conduct investigations, and execute security operations while ensuring the safety and security of our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience—minimum of 10 years in security operations, including at least 3 in a managerial capacity. A strong foundation in CCTV monitoring, intrusion detection, and workplace violence prevention programs is essential. You will work closely with project management and technology teams, maintain relationships with security and crisis management partners, and ensure adherence to all security policies and standards.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a preference for candidates with a Master’s degree. A proven track record in security operations, crisis management, and strong leadership skills are required. You will also need exceptional communication and coordination skills for engaging with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and executive stakeholders. Experience with threat assessment and risk management, along with the ability to provide insightful briefings on security matters, is vital. Familiarity with security technologies, such as access control and surveillance systems, is necessary. Military, law enforcement, or intelligence backgrounds with an emphasis on protective security or counter-threat operations will be considered advantageous.
